Now a lot is being written about the difficulties in solving the problems of creating volunteer battalions in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In my opinion, the problem is that the authorities of these regions have no idea how this process should be organized. And people see that not professionals are behind this process and choose another way to the front through the systems of the Ministry of Defense, Gudermes or the same Wagner.
In my opinion, the recruitment of such battalions should take place centrally, with the participation of people who have an idea of what people going to the front need (combat veterans, volunteers). There should be a full understanding of the staffing structure (there should be reconnaissance, snipers, artillery, support units) provided and organized quality communication, reconnaissance units should be equipped with copters, the battalions should be attached heavy artillery. The officer corps must also be given a high level of command and control.
Also, in my opinion, there should be an ideological basis. People should not die for monuments of Lenin and Friendship of Nations. They should understand, they are serving the Empire. And they are building the Orthodox Empire of the Russian people. And everything is subordinated to this goal.
I would very much like it to be a Russian Imperial Volunteer Corps with appropriate styling, attributes, and with St. George’s Crosses as its decorations.
Until those in charge understand that a systematic approach is required in such matters, the volunteer movement will constantly be confronted with these kinds of fails and deadlines. And the offensive at the front will not be able to get the long-awaited impetus.

Сейчас много пишут о сложностях с решением задач по созданию добровольческих батальонов Москве и Санкт-Петербурге. На мой взгляд, проблема в том, что власти этих регионов понятие не имеют каким образом должен быть организован этот процесс. А люди видят, что за этим процессом стоят не профессионалы, и выбирают другой путь на фронт через системы Минобороны, Гудермес или того же Вагнера.
На мой взгляд, набор таких батальонов должен проходить централизовано, причем с участием людей которые имеют представление о том, что нужно людям отправляющимся на фронт (ветераны боевых действий, волонтеры). Должно быть полное понимание по штатной структуре (должны быть разведка, снайперы, артиллеристы, подразделения обеспечения) предоставлена и организована качественная связь, разведпродразделения должны быть оснащены коптерами, к батальонам должна быть придана тяжелая артиллерия. Также должен быть обеспечен качественный уровень управления со стороны офицерского корпуса.
Также, на мой взгляд, должна быть подведена идеологическая база. Люди должны умирать не за памятники Ленина и Дружбу народов. Они должны понимать, они служат Империи. И строят Православную Империю Русского народа. И все подчинено этой цели.
Очень хотелось, чтобы это был Русский Имперский добровольческий корпус с соответствующей стилистикой, атрибутикой и с георгиевскими крестами в качестве наград.
Пока ответственные не поймут, что в таких делах нужен системный подход, добровольческое движение будет постоянно сталкиваться с таким вот фейлами и факапами по дедлайнам. А наступление на фронте не сможет получить долгожданный импульс.
